Prosthetic Dentistry

Porcelain Veneer

Used if there are any irregularities in shape, colour or position of the teeth that would not warrant a crown. Can be done with minimal loss in tooth material. With these treatments much less time is necessary to create a perfect smile for each patient with minimal invasion.

Crowns

Used if the loss of tooth material is so extensive that aesthetic and functional reconstruction is impossible

Bridges

Prosthetic devices used to replace missing teeth.

  • Metal ceramic and non-allergenic gold ceramic bridges
  • Non-Metal Dentures: These are the most aesthetic prosthetic devices and are used to prevent greying of the gums. Patients who are allergic to metal have no problems with these, and they are often used to replace front teeth.BR>
  • Glass Ceramic: An aesthetically perfect metal-free replacement for your teeth. Cannot be used for the bridge.
Procera ©: Very precise metal-free, all-ceramic restorations created with the help of a CAD/CAM (computer-aided design and manufacturing) process developed in Sweden.
  • Cercon©

Crowns Anchored to Implants – Bridges

Can be attached to an artificial root implant without sacrificing any healthy dental tissue

Combined and Removable Prosthetics

We use these in cases where, due to the number of teeth and their position, permanent false teeth would be impossible. Nowadays there are precise anchoring devices (slides, patent, bridges, over-dentures) to help keep partially removable prosthetics in place.
When our patients leave the clinic, we always provide them with some kind of temporary replacement.
